TL;DR
  • The launch post says the ending is buying the store from the landlord. The end screen shows full stats, your most profitable sale, days survived, total worth, and perks earned.
  • Keys to the Kingdom (18.4% of players) is owning the deed to the store.
  • Clean Hands (1.4%) is winning without selling a stolen or contraband item. The requirement text is on the public stats page. Which internal achievement id that is, among the two 1.4% ids, is not printed there.
  • Other ending branches are Not verified yet.

One ending the launch post describes

The launch announcement says the ending is to buy the store from the landlord and become its owner. The screen that follows shows full stats, your most profitable sale, days survived, total worth, and perks earned. Keys to the Kingdom uses almost the same idea in achievement language: own the deed to the store. 18.4% of players have it. Authorized, at 41.7%, is owning the business permit, which is a step the character notes treat as earlier than the deed: Lou is described as arriving after you buy that permit, not after you buy the building. Rent, on the wiki index, is collected every Sunday until you buy the store, outright or with a mortgage. Endless mode, on that same index, does not stop the rent. It leaves out story customers and story requests. Rent, game overs, and buying the store still work.

Our rent file has a cash price, a mortgage, and a permit for Cozy, Normal, Hard, and Challenge, and a rule that the cash price stays at its base until day 50 and then rises up to a cap. Use the planner for those figures. Do not treat a single 'the store costs 12,000' line as every difficulty. A wiki FAQ states 12,000 cr on a difficulty it calls Mark Up. That number matches the base cash price in our file for two of the four difficulties, and it does not match the other two. Until the names are lined up in a source that prints both, the planner's four rows are the ones to use, and Mark Up stays an unverified alias.

What 'win' means when the achievement text is the only line

Clean Hands is on the public stats page as: win the game without selling a stolen or contraband item. 1.4% of players have that achievement. From Nothing is also 1.4% and the public page did not show a requirement sentence for it. From Nothing, the Hard Way is 1.0% and also has no requirement sentence on that page. The Steam API lists ACH_RAG_TO_RICHES and ACH_HONEST_MERCHANT both at 1.4%, and ACH_NOTHING_TO_RICHES at 1.0%. The 1.0% line can be paired with From Nothing, the Hard Way because no other achievement shares that percent. The two 1.4% lines cannot be paired to Clean Hands and From Nothing from the public page alone, so this site does not. Snitches Get Riches (6.1%), Say My Name (5.9%, internal id ACH_LAB_PURE), and Prodigious (4.0%) also shipped without a requirement sentence on that page. Say My Name's internal id contains the words Lab Pure. That is not a description. Do not assume it means 'sell one Lab Pure item' until the sentence exists.

A list of perks you earn on the way to the end screen was promised by the phrase 'perks earned' and by the launch line 'new starting perks.' The perk names and their effects are Not verified yet, which is why there is no perks page. If you are trying to reach the deed, the practical tools are the rent planner for the bill and the sell-price calculator for the sale that will show up as 'most profitable' on that end screen. The chemistry calculator matters only if the sale you care about is a lab product. The ending itself, in the sources we have, is the purchase. Anything past that — a second ending, a failure state with its own screen, a perk that changes the deed price — is Not verified yet.
