The evaporator removes Water, Alcohol, and Lipobond Agent, in proportion to volume. It does not remove the lab product you are trying to keep. A night clears 300 mL at +0% performance, 450 mL at +50%, and 600 mL at +100%. Power is 6 kJ per night.

The source describes distillate as “Quality% of vapor”. A numeric quality formula beyond that phrase is Not verified yet. The Solvent Recovery Module costs 275 cr: Alcohol only, efficiency −25%, quality +50%. Nights in the batch calculator are how many nights that rate needs to clear the volume you typed. If the volume you need to strip is different from the product mL, type the volume you are evaporating.

Is the next module worth it?

Performance is the lever, not a 0–4 module loss curve. Going from 300 to 600 mL a night halves the nights for the same volume. 900 mL is 3 nights at +0% and 2 nights at +100% (ceil of 900/600).

Each Chemical Equipment Module costs 250 cr.
